Meet our Team

Barry Lenihan heads up our land procurement and forestry investment opportunities and has been a full-time employee of SWS Forestry for the past 10 years. Barry previously held a senior management role in Commercial Banking and has brought with him a wide range of experience in investments, commercial / agricultural property transactions and associated conveyancing. He has since gained experience in all aspects of forestry management activities and this allied to financial / legal experience means that he is well placed to advise landowners and investors on how best to structure land sales / investments. Barry currently co-ordinates all land sales for SWS Forestry and relationship manages the associated Investor Clients, these ranging from individual private investors to a number of large timberland Investment Funds. Barry has a range of qualifications in Accountancy, Finance & Investments.
