Raising a concern or grievance                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

SWS Forestry welcomes concerns or complaints from employees, contractors, subcontractor workers, local communities and other stakeholders about its forestry operations.  This includes working conditions, treatment of workers, health and safety, human rights and impacts on local communities, amongst other matters connected to activities SWS Forestry manages.  Concerns can be raised directly with SWS Forestry on info@swsforestry.ie or 1800 928 900.

We review, record and assess every concern to decide on an appropriate response.  Serious or material concerns are escalated to senior management. We handle concerns confidentially wherever possible and won’t disadvantage anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
